All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

A standard delivery fee of $15 per order will be added to all orders at the check-out stage of your order, some areas outside the metropolitan area are unable to be delivered to, in this instance we will notify you via email ASAP. Special delivery conditions apply to some hospitals, hotels, airports, universities, crematoria and cemeteries.

Flowersperth.com guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times. Delivery will be made Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm, and Saturdays 9am – 2pm.

Please note same day delivery guaranteed only for orders placed prior to, or on the delivery day by midday WST.

Prices include all local taxes where applicable.

The product pictured is representative of the style of item which will be provided, some substitutions in colours, container and flower type may apply where the pictured item is unavailable.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery being made, by email direct to the website. Refunds will then be considered on a case by case basis.

Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
